Wow! What an interesting show. At first I thought....no...I will not watch this one.
AHA...It had a blurb about onions...verified my belief that they are BAD FOR YOU!!! The reason you cry is because of the acid fumes given off when you cut into an onion.
This program showed how vinegar is made....by acid...don't know if the red vinegar has apples but the white has no food in it. Lots of interesting things about acids. PS if you go to Yellowstone don't fall into the pools!
